We established a risk and compliance function through Exco in September 2020, which is managed by a member. Key areas that received focus during the 2023/2024 financial year include: • Development of a risk and compliance register • Digitisation of member indemnity forms and implementation of an annual indemnity form rather than an indemnity for each activity or project.
