Members and attendance The NRHRCo’s purpose is to assist the Board in governance of people practices of the SHR to ensure: • The SHR’s Board, Exco and other management and governance structures have the necessary skills and experience to fulfil their responsibilities • The SHR has appropriate forms and levels of remuneration to attract and retain the required human resources • The Board, while non-remunerated, has appropriate expense recovery mechanisms for Board members • SHR people management practices promote an ethical culture of engaged, high-performance employees and support the organisation’s transformation objectives.
