Sports Events National Project
The Sports Events National Project was established in order to coordinate and market all Honorary Ranger sports events in national parks.
The mandate for the Sports Events National Project is to:
- Coordinate all Honorary Ranger sports events in national parks
- Include appropriate regions and national projects
- Maintain an annual calendar of events
- Report on the success or failure of all Honorary Ranger sports events in national parks
- Consider new sports events and make recommendations to the National Executive Committee
- Develop and implement a combined marketing plan for Honorary Ranger sports events in support of the Honorary Ranger brand
- Prepare an annual activity plan and budget for approval by the National Executive Committee
